Bending

For the bending and manufacture of sheet metal components such as, enclosures, special brackets, formed sections and equipment cases, we have invested in Amada 7 axis, HFP Series Press Brakes which produce the right angle every time. These machines are driven with accuracy and consistency along the length of the bend, additionally the axis at either end of the machine can be offset without any degradation in quality or accuracy.
Quick to programme, with a high degree of accuracy they are capable of having a series of sequential folds programmed by the skilled operators, allowing multiple bends in one set-up, reducing production time, improving delivery and minimising costs.
