Caravan Industry
Since 1987 our sheet metal division has been supplying the caravan industry and its suppliers with precision enclosures, display consoles, racking, instrumentation panels and specialised brackets. A reputation for innovation in design for manufacture, quality, reliability and value has ensured that long term collaborations and partnerships have been forged with our customers.
Not just another sheet metal sub-contractor, we will work with you to design and develop components and assemblies to suit your own brand and image, incorporating features to help differentiate your company and your products from the competition. With our comprehensive in-house tool making facilities and range of power presses up to 400 ton capacity with bed sizes of 2700mm x 1700mm we are able to produce unique pressed panels and components.
Our Amada EML, combined 4kw Laser / Punching cell provides us with the capability to produce highly intricate and accurate parts as either a stand-alone or larger manufacturing solution. Enclosures, special brackets, formed sections and equipment cases are manufactured utilising our Amada 7 axis, HFP Series Press Brakes.
Special features such as threads, dimples and notches are handled with ease and our 6 axis robotic welding with dual capacity for both MIG and TIG welding offer supreme precision, flexibility and consistency. Whilst our Nordson fully automated powder coating plant, in-house assembly and packing facilities complete our one-stop solution to your manufacturing requirements.
