Fitting & Toolmaking

As our core business since 1969 we have a wealth of knowledge and experience within the press tool manufacturing market, ranging from small single part pierce tools and moulds to large multi-stage progression tools. We also offer repair and modification services.

Our in-house try out presses allow us to build and try out press tools up to 400 tonne with a maximum size of 2.75m x 1.5m.

Highly skilled Toolmakers concentrate on the assembly process and the important aspects of the tool function achieving an exacting quality level which brings our many satisfied customers back to us on a regular basis.

Toolmakers once started on a particular job will see it through to the finish, completing initial press trials, sample inspection report and final press trial. Customers are encouraged to view an initial "batch run" on our site replicating wherever possible actual running conditions.
