Powder Coating

Our 147 metre Nordson powder coating plant provides a highly durable, solvent free, environmentally friendly, painting solution, complete with 3 stage iron phosphate pre treatment to ensure all components attain the correct preparation.

Powder application can be achieved by a choice of two methods. For larger batches the use of a roll on - roll off fully automated booth can be utilised and for slightly smaller batches our spray to waste plant with fast change facility cuts lead times giving a prompt and reliable service.
 

A wide and varied colour range including textured and gloss finishes is available and with our vast experience of high temperature masking our powder coating will provide the perfect finishing touch.
