Precision Machining

From special one-off components to batch runs, a wide range of precision machining services, in most materials including hardened steel, is available utilising our large range of state-of-the-art CNC machinery.

Computer aided manufacture (CAM) is an integral and vital part of modern manufacturing processes The CAM data produced via the CAD design process is of the highest integrity and utilised to provide an uninterrupted output to the CNC machine tool via Ethernet. Skilled operators carry out setting and running procedures.

The largest of our CNC machining centres has a machining envelope of 3.4m x 2.5m x 0.8m and a range of full 3-axis Mikron machining centres provide capacity for full 3D profiling and smaller part production. CNC Turning is also employed, enabling secondary processes to be provided not achievable through conventional methods.
