The ability to evaluate form, fit and function on parts before they go into full scale production is a huge benefit - not only in terms of time saving, but more importantly, in gaining a much greater understanding of the product’s behaviour.

The picture to the left is a prototype shower tray we produced for a leading shower manufacturer, our customer used the tray to test the water drainage speed and maximum flow rate of the design.

If you need parts to test but without the expensive tooling outlay we can provide a range of services to suit your requirements. From producing one-off 3D designs to quick SLA / FDM models and even low volume temporary tooling and batch runs.

We also provide a reverse engineering service, this is especially suited for customers who have tooling and parts without drawings. Please see our Inspection & Quality Control page for more details.
