Our accurate C.N.C controlled turret punching offers a flexible and cost effective means of producing parts. Utilizing our state of the art Amada Vipros high speed punching cell with its huge 3m x 1.5m fully automated sheet handling lets us offload finished parts to pallets allowing "lights out operation".

Turret punching also offers a great advantage in its flexibility to optimise your design, this will allow you to modify your component from batch to batch. This along with the ability to add features such as dimples, Louvers, down forms, countersinks and company logo's lets you create the part you want.

With our 17 years experience in C.N.C punching we have built up an extensive tooling library and so the need for a part tooling cost can often be avoided.
