Turret Punching

With our years of experience of CNC punching we have built up an extensive tooling library often negating the need for expensive part tooling costs. Utilising our state of the art Amada high speed punching cell with 3m x 1.5m fully automated sheet handling we can offload finished parts to pallets allowing 'lights out operation', providing us with the capability of offering flexible and cost effective production of highly accurate components.

An additional benefit is the flexibility to offer the optimised design for your component, allowing you to modify your component from batch to batch as required, at minimum cost. This along with the capability to add features such as dimples, louvers, down forms, countersinks and company logo provides you with the component you require.
